WHY THE THOUGHT LEADERS MENTORSHIP?
Hi, Owen here.
Having started my journey as a thought leader in the 1990s, I have been asked dozens of times to mentor other coaches, trainers, therapists, and speakers. While I would offer them some suggestions on how they could improve things, I always said no to mentorship. I had no time to do so, and where would I start with all of the lessons I had learned over the years?
Finally, in 2020, as COVID shut the world down, I lost 85% of my business. Most of my clients were spread around the world as I spent my second year in the US, having moved from Dublin, Ireland, in 2019. With no other choice, I began to build my business from the ground up in America while stuck in my apartment in Brooklyn.
I applied everything that I had learned over the years as a Thought Leader and somehow managed to end that same year as successfully as ever. Since then, my business has gotten even better, with year-on-year records.
While this was going on, I had been getting requests from coaches and experts who found themselves in a similar situation with their own businesses. What do we do? So I started the Thought Leaders Mentorship.
Over the next few years, I poured in everything I had ever learned about how the expert business worked.
I went live on Zoom twice every single month to train and coach a group of experts and thought leaders and help them to build and scale their businesses. I let them have bonus access to the other personal change membership that I had built and kept adding to the mentorship.

I have studied Strategic Negotiation at Harvard Business School and Digital Persuasion at MIT. When I was 17, I became Europe’s youngest hypnotherapist and a few years later starred in my own weekly TV show on Irish national television - where I helped guests overcome limiting beliefs in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers. I’ve also studied screenwriting and have won awards as an actor and filmmaker at festivals in Austin, Chicago, and New York. I currently live in New York City and am originally from Dublin, Ireland.
